Born and raised in New Delhi, India, I come from the land of intoxicating Eastern Spirituality. As a kid, I spent my summers in an Ashram meditating, learning the science of eastern wisdom, giving speeches and performing ‘Seva’ (Community Service for Hindi)

 Now I am a Wife and a Mama Bear to two cuddly cubs who keep my world on fire. There’s relentless commotion and chaos in my world and holy smokes do I love it?- I adore it!! 

 When things go awry I look for sanity in between moments, sometimes in my babies’ warm hugs and sometimes in a leisurely stroll among the woods.

How on earth did I get started with this?

After many years of struggling with depression and anxiety, I was on a mission to change my life and be an unstoppable force for good. It took some hard earned microscopic look at my life to realize that my own intelligence and unfulfilled potential had turned up against me. As long as I remember I have devoted myself to living a creatively fulfilling life.

 After many setbacks and turmoils, years of obsessive learning, changing habits, meditating every day, reading hundreds of books on mindset and psychology, hiring a coach and going through extensive training, here I am today ready to serve the world.

Having said that, I am no sage from the stage. I too deal with the days when I eat my own shit sandwich and fall prey to self-doubt like the rest of humanity. But my commitment is through my own dedicated learning, past experiences, my rare insight and a little bit of humor I can make a difference to your world.

It doesn’t matter who you are whether you’re a future Oscar winner, a business owner or just someone who wants to live a creatively fulfilling life, it’ll be my honor to guide you and support you every step of the way.

I believe our life’s work should uplift us and must allow us to bring all our talents and unique abilities to the table. It must serve a purpose. It must light our soul on fire and it must help us impact others.

This baby was born out of such values of passion to serve, commitment to making a difference and fulfilling one’s true potential.
